

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LEVEL 7 DIPLOMA (MASTER’S TOP UP)
Beginning at the standard of a UK Master’s degree, this course also enables direct transfer to a UK university for a 60-credit top-up course, through which students can gain a full 180 credit Master’s degree. It is ideal for anyone who wants to begin their Master’s studies under College Of London’s expert personalised tuition, or anyone who simply wants to gain expert understanding of Human Resource Management in order to directly advance their current management career in any large organisation.

The course provides learners with the ability to make good strategic decisions, in order to maintain their organisation’s competitive advantage. It covers both the theory of human resource management, and the practical scenarios in which critical decisions have to be made. Learners will develop their management and leadership skills, with a focus on implementing strategy efficiently.

Entry Requirements:

An honours degree in a related subject, or a UK Level 6 diploma or equivalent international qualification.

Mature learners with management experience, to be verified by the College.

Learners must be 21 years or older at the start of the course.

If you are not from an English-speaking country, we require evidence that you are competent in English to a minimum of Common European Framework (CEFR) level B1, or IELTS level 4.5 in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
